At SLS, we are committed to participate and engage in sustainable development efforts. SLS recognizes its businesses have an impact on the communities in which we operate and we strive to make a positive difference in producing a better and more productive world.
Community
SLS is committed to giving back to our local communities and has been actively involved in many community events over the years. We encourage our employees to engage in diverse community care programs and other socially beneficial activities in which we can make a positive difference to society. Most recently, SLS sponsored desks and chairs to the Mechanical Engineering faculty of UlaanBataar University in Mongolia.
Education
SLS values education and invests heavily in the development and training of its employees with the launch of SLS Academy. Our staffs undergo regular training and attending seminars throughout the year to further enhance their skills and expand their knowledge taught by our experienced specialist.
Employees Well-being
SLS assures a safe working environment and promotes the health and well-being of our employees. We are committed to provide a working environment free of discrimination and harassment. SLS cares about the employees and their relatives. We hold activities like Family Day for gathering and free tickets to the zoo.
